Open beta testing of GameMaker Studio 2 for Nintendo Switch

The open beta testing of the version of the GameMaker Studio 2 engine with the Nintendo Switch license has begun, which allows you to develop and port games for a hybrid console.

Recall that the company YoYo Games, which owns GameMaker Studio, signed an agreement with Nintendo in March of this year.

The engine is designed primarily for two-dimensional indie games. For example, Undertale, Fran Bow and Hotline Miami are made on it.
